You can find all of these Giant Crops, and many more, in this mod. There is even a giant version of the popular vanilla crop, the vanilla giant cauliflower, in this mod! All of these crops will act just like giant melon, pumpkin, and cauliflower. The best part is that it also includes a Content Patcher retexture of the vanilla giant cauliflower and melon! Regrowable/multi-harvest - Coffee, ancient fruit, corn, tomato, pepper, strawberry, eggplant.

Nonregrowable/single-harvest - Potato, red cabbage, starfruit, sweet gem berry, beet, radish, yam, artichoke, parsnip, garlic.
